Asian Arts & Culture Society is excited to present the RBC Dumpling Tasting Soirée in Richmond in partnership with Tourism Richmond.

Following the success of the first two BC Dumpling Festivals at Town Centre Park in Coquitlam in 2022 & 2023, the Society aims to bring together friends, colleagues, community members,and businesses from different cultures to share in culinary excellence, live entertainment, and a delightful evening out.

The RBC Dumpling Tasting Soirée will showcase an enhanced and unique sampling of dumplings from across a variety of cultures. We believe that food is the common thread we celebrate in all cultures and communities. The evening will include an assortment of dumpling food vendors, alcohol pairings, a dumpling tasting competition, live entertainment, and a silent and live auction with partial proceeds going to the Richmond Hospital Foundation.

Max Zipursky will be bringing his eclectic mix of jazz standards, soul and hip hop to our stage tonight. His classic picks combined with his fresh, creative flare make Max one of Vancouver’s most unique performers.

We are excited to welcome Max Zipursky to the event for an unforgettable performance on the Fazioli Piano!

Live Performance by Dani Camacho

Dani Camacho is a Filipino-Canadian singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and music instructor from Vancouver, BC. Through diary-like lyrics and a folk pop singer-songwriter sound, she creates music as a form of connection and healing.

We are excited to welcome Dani Camacho to the stage for an unforgettable performance!

Piano Performance by Shawn Chen

10 year old Vancouver prodigy Shawn Chen has recently embarked on the daring project of Rachmaninoff 3rd Piano Concerto (Rach 3) with pianist/teacher Yi Fei Hu. Recent awards include chosen as one of the distinguished performers for the Juilliard Masterclass Series,Juilliard Pre-College professor Hung-Kuan Chen. His former teachers include Ms. Fafan Xiao and Dr. Sasha Starcevich.
